For its price, it's perfect! The only problem is that if you go a bit faster, it "sticks" and doesn't read the bottom or the depth correctly.

The best choice for a conventional small inflatable or canoe. Combined with Garmin's Active Captain on the iPhone, you also get navigation as a privilege, reducing the cost of a larger 2-in-1 model. Of course, this requires purchasing maps first, or having maps from another Garmin GPS MAP registered, so you can use it. Also, a must-have is the sun and dust screen protector! I am also attaching a photo of a hack sold online for adapting the depth sounder to the transom without holes, etc.

As a depth sounder, it is very good, but the cables, even though I cover them with their own cover and a bag, the sea has damaged them, resulting in no contact and the device not being powered. I had to buy a new power cable, and now I have the same problem with the sensor; it doesn't make contact. So, I have to come up with a workaround. The power supply and sensor cables are not meant to be left permanently inside the boat.
