Only woven alloys with an epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the red BMC filters in a single piece without welded joints to avoid breakage risks. This system, called "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
