The best tahini on the market. Especially when you combine it with honey, it's worth every penny. The only objection I have is with the packaging; this jar is not convenient. During transport, it usually loses oil from the lid, and when I try to take it out of the jar for use, it's very difficult to get it out. I would prefer if they put it in a bucket with a lid like those of paint or yogurt. The price is good, but with shipping, it ends up being almost as much as buying individual 900-gram containers... Of course, you can't find those anywhere in supermarkets anymore; they only bring the small jars of 350 grams, so the 3-kilo option is the only way to go now.
*Update 2025: I made the above comment when the price was at normal levels, meaning this particular packaging was 20 to 25 euros. Now, after 1.5 years, the price has doubled, making it unaffordable, and unfortunately, I can no longer buy it. Η μονη ενσταση που εχω ειναι στη συσκευασια, το βαζο αυτο δε βολευει. Κατα τη μεταφορα συνηθως χανει λαδια απ το καπακι και οταν ειναι να το βγαλω απ το βαζο για χρηση, ειναι πολυ δυσκολο να βγει. Θα προτιμουσα να το εβαζαν σε κουβα με καπακι σαν αυτων των χρωματων ή της γιαουρτης. Η τιμη του παντως ειναι καλη, αλλα με τα μεταφορικα βγαινει σχεδον οσο να παρεις μεμονωμενα κεσεδακια 900 γραμμαριων... Βεβαια αυτα πλεον δεν τα βρισκεις πουθενα στα σουπερμαρκετ, φερνουν μονο τα μικρα βαζα των 350 γραμμαριων, οποτε το 3κιλο ειναι μονοδρομος πια.

Το προιον ειναι τελειο,αλλα τι γινεται με τις τιμες??? 2/03/2023 12:18 Π.Μ. 20,36 ευρω,και σημερα 5/3/2023 που ηθελα να παρω αλλο ενα για τους γονεις μου 25 ευρω. Και δεν ειναι το μοναδικο προιν δυστυχως.

Also, its texture is very smooth like tahini. Exemplary. I have also tried the orange flavor and it is equally very good. I will try the whole range of tahini and I will come back. Every product I have tried from Afoi Haitoglou is a guarantee, well done and bravo again!
Πάρα πολύ καλό προϊόν! Απίστευτο! Επειδή είμαι μεγάλος λάτρης της μαστίχας Χίου ήμουν από την αρχή πολύ απαιτητικός. Πολύ ισορροπημένη γεύση και έντονη γεύση και άρωμα μαστίχας! Επίσης η υφή του σαν ταχίνι είναι πολύ σμουθ. Υποδειγματικό. Επίσης έχω δοκιμάσει και την γεύση πορτοκάλι και είναι εξίσου πολύ καλή. Θα δοκιμάσω όλη την σειρά με ταχίνια και θα επανέλθω. Ότι προϊόν έχω δοκιμάσει από την Αφοί Χαΐτογλου είναι εγγύηση μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο!
