The Aidarinis family is one of the oldest winemaking families in the Goumenissa region. They have been producing fine wines and tsipouro in the area since the late 19th century. They own vineyards and collaborate with contracted grape growers within the O.P.A.P. zone.
Negoska is among the rare Greek varieties and participates in the red P.O.P. Goumenissa where Xinomavro predominates.

- The winemaking process involves procedures that allow time to play games of transformation.
- Aged for 24 months under the care of oak until bottled without passing through filters.
