my first was the Malhoning Vario which I regretted 3 months after I got it
the second was the Ascaso i1 steel which I regretted in the first week
the third was the Sage Smart Grinder Pro which I regretted after 6 months, and after a year, while the grinder was constantly going from my house to the service center, and no solution was ever found, I decided to move up a notch to a more serious scale. for now, it’s a star and I hope it stays that way.
p.s. the Vario, the Sage, and of course the Eureka made great coffee. if the first two hadn’t been unreliable as devices, I would never have changed them. with excellent use, of course. as for the Ascaso, quality sturdy construction but I didn’t drink coffee from it even for a single day.

Everything is fine except for one very big problem. Instead of cutting it nicely and beautifully down, it throws it everywhere. I consider it a tragic flaw for the cost of the machine and it ruins my mood during grinding because it always requires cleanup afterwards.

Excellent grinder. It is indeed incredibly quiet (for a coffee grinder, not for playing in a Hitman movie) and it is also static-free, meaning it does not produce much static electricity during grinding, so it doesn't mess up the coffee counter.

As soon as you lift it, you understand why it will outlive you, your children, your grandchildren, the Republic, and the Milky Way.

The fact that A) It has a somewhat difficult handling when switching from espresso to filter (or something else) and back, and that B) it is not Single Dose, I cannot consider them as negatives because anyone who orders this grinder is aware of these things.

For anyone who wants to wake up in the morning, press a button, and have coffee in seconds without waking up the world, they should get it. It is a fantastic investment.

Before I bought this grinder, I had bought a cheaper one for 220 euros. Plastic parts, mediocre performance.. after reading reviews, I ordered the specialita, and I stayed here... Incredible grinder!! Sturdy metal construction in all parts, you buy it once and you're done! It's worth every penny and more!!

I have had it in my possession for two months. It was an upgrade from a Delonghi KD79 and as expected, it's like day and night. Its use is exclusively for espresso. It takes a little effort at the beginning to find the right grind setting, but then everything goes well. The only downside is the lack of precision in the adjustment, in order to know and record the exact grind setting for each variety, but for anyone who is a perfectionist, this can be corrected by installing a grinder from another manufacturer.

Its main disadvantage is that it does not have a micrometric scale for storing the grind setting for different coffee brands, and every time we change coffee, the setting needs to be repeated, which is achieved very difficultly.

Quiet and practical with very good build quality and consistent grinding. It does have a little more retention than I would expect (0.5-1 gr in the double dose).

I just bought it and it does what I expected. I use it as a single dose grinder. Each half step on the dial produces a different coffee. For now, I only use it for V60 pour over and I am very satisfied. The noise is very low and the extraction of the ground coffee is concentrated without dirtying the area. I have a small cup underneath, on the scale, and almost nothing spills out. As for retention, it's about 0.1 - 0.2gr which I don't consider tragic as I clean it before adding new coffee.

The mill is really top-notch. It's worth giving a little extra to get it. Before, I had a €100 one, no comparison. The click you make to change the grind changes the whole taste of the coffee for the better. Combined with the Silvia that I have, you drink a great coffee. You just need a little time to find the perfect grind, which changes if you change the blend. I got it for €325 on Black Friday

I have no experience with grinders, this is the first one I buy and I decided to go straight for something good after watching several videos and reviews to come to a conclusion. The grinder grinds 16g in 12 seconds with a retention of 0.1g and sometimes none at all. It has a big advantage in terms of noise compared to others I've seen, it is quiet. I truly believe it is worth its money, it is a machine that you buy and it covers you for years without needing an upgrade to something else.

If you want to make good coffee, it's the only way! The other reviews covered everything you need to know. It's worth every euro

Excellent, I bought it two months after the delonghi KG79 because I was disappointed, no consistency in the extractions. With the eureka, all extractions are identical.. and it is used with a very simple machine, the dedica EC685. Incredibly sturdy, excessively quiet. The only negative is that it is not easy to go back to a previous grind setting because the indicator does not help you be precise.
