I wanted to wear it on the outside, but it was a bad idea because it was too transparent, resulting in my underwear being visible. Also, the leg hairs stick out.
I am 1.83 meters tall and weigh 82 kilograms, and the Medium size fit perfectly on me.
What can I say... I expected more to be honest, but in the end, I was disappointed. I returned it.

Εγώ που το ήθελα για απέξω, ήταν κακή ιδέα γιατί διαφανιζε πάρα πολύ με αποτέλεσμα να είναι αντιληπτό το εσώρουχο μου. Επίσης οι τρίχες του ποδιού πετάγονται απέξω.
Είμαι 1.83 και 82 κιλά και εφάρμοζε τέλεια επάνω μου το Midium.
Τι να πω... Περίμενα περισσότερα για να είμαι ηληκρινης αλλά τελικά απογοητεύτηκα. Το επέστρεψα πίσω.

Quality is quite good, it seems at first glance, as soon as you open the packaging.
The first try may be challenging, but from there you can see the compression (it takes the shape of the body). It is important to choose the right size.
From there on, the product really does what the description says. If you want it for temperatures around -10, I would recommend something thicker (e.g. woolen). This one is for those who exercise in winter (in indoor or outdoor spaces with normal winter temperatures).

Ποιοτικά είναι αρκετά καλό, εκ πρώτης όψεως φαίνεται, με το που ανοιξεις τη συσκευασία.
Η πρώτη δοκιμή μπορεί να με δυσκόλεψε, αλλά από εκεί φαίνεται και το 'compression' (παίρνει τη φόρμα του σώματος). Σημαντικό να επιλέξετε το σωστό μέγεθος.
Από εκεί και έπειτα, το προιόν όντως κάνει όσα λέει η περιγραφή. Αν το θέλετε για τους παγετώνες τάξεως -10, θα συνιστούσα κάτι πιο χοντρό (π.χ. μάλλινο). Το συγκεκριμένο είναι για όσους γυμνάζονται το χειμώνα (σε κλειστούς ή ανοιχτούς χώρους με νορμάλ χειμερινές θερμοκρασίες).
