I bought 2 cables because I wanted to extend the temperature sensor of Sonoff by 10 meters. At first, the sensor was working fine for a short time as soon as you connected the cables, but then with the slightest movement, it would lose connection. I had to cut the connectors and join the cables with electrical tape. Only then did the sensor work properly. For anyone who wants to extend, I recommend getting loose cables and simply joining them. Guaranteed result.
Αγόρασα 2 καλώδια γιατί ήθελα να κάνω επέκταση 10 μέτρα στον αισθητήρα θερμοκρασίας της Sonoff. Στην αρχή δούλευε κανονικά ο αισθητήρας για λίγο μόλις έβαζες τα καλώδια και στην συνέχεια με την παραμικρή κίνηση έχανε την σύνδεση. αναγκάστηκα να κόψω τους ακροδέκτες και να ενώσω τα καλώδια με καλάϊ. μόνο τότε δούλεψε σωστά ο αισθητήρας. όποιος θέλει να κάνει επέκταση προτείνω να πάρει χύμα καλώδιο και απλά να τα ενώσει. Σίγουρο αποτέλεσμα.
I intended to make a 10-meter extension so that the sensor could be placed in the solar panel. I bought a total of 4 5-meter cables in order to achieve this, but unfortunately, the female jack on 3 out of the 4 cables had a problem and did not make good contact with the male jack. In the end, I just cut them and made a direct connection with insulation. I read somewhere that 1 cat5 cable will do the job properly without having to pay extra for extensions.
