• The reduction of the risk of falling, which is positively associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk factor for fractures among men and women aged 60 years and older.

• 1 tablet daily.
• Preferably taken with a meal.

Warnings - Precautions:

• Intake of Vitamin D supplements with >4000IU is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of hypercalcemia.
• At doses greater than 10,000IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, reduced appetite, dry mouth, and metallic taste may occur.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
• Keep out of reach of children.
