I am 1.78 meters tall and 76 kilograms, I bought the large size. If you wear it with a thin t-shirt, it is a bit loose, but with a hoodie inside (that's why I bought it), it's perfect. On the outside, it has thin nylon with a waterproof finish, which helps keep you dry and protected from the rain until you find somewhere to take cover, not for walks in heavy rain. The only drawback is that the hood does not have a string or elastic at the back for adjustment. It's very good for around 60 euros, but I don't think it's worth more than that.
