It easily snaps its base into place and does its job correctly, providing more than the 1V needed for the salts. If you add 20 ml of water every 6 months, it lasts 2 years.

To confirm the volts, set your multimeter to 9V max. At 1.5 max, you won't get a correct reading.

Good product when it works properly. However, care is needed when we receive the product and add water, it should output more than 1 volt of current, otherwise it doesn't work. There are also defective products on the market. Also, every 6 months we need to top up water and check if it outputs more than 1 volt of current, otherwise it needs replacement.

It was delivered to me with the interior inflated and it affected the lid, it had alterations like something expired. I asked and learned that if they stay in storage for too long, the interior material deteriorates and that's why it corrodes. So I suggest buying directly from a store to see any potential alterations

I believe in the product, I have been using it for 5 years (with 2 replacements) and it keeps my solar panel clean without salt, without any other maintenance
