The Cuvée Nykteri from the Argyros estate is produced from a strict selection of Assyrtiko vines, at least 150 years old, in Pyrgos and Megalochori, Santorini. It has a golden-yellow color and its aromatic characteristics include aromas of citrus, stone fruits, green fruits, and sage.
Following are aromas of flint and minerality, with notes of nuts following.
On the palate, it is rich and complex, with the minerality and a slight salinity being evident throughout. The body is full, with a characteristic sharp acidity and a persistent aftertaste that lingers.
