    It sealed leaks in the metal roof tiles where the chimneys passed through, and elsewhere too. With the first diluted coat, before I had a chance to apply the second, the weather turned stormy and not a drop got through. For 10 years I tried to fix the leaks, even with very expensive products, and nothing worked. Now, how long it will last once I apply the second coat remains to be seen. Very good and economical....
