"Les Vaucrains" is situated in Nuits Saint-Georges, next to "Les Chaînes Carteaux" and above "Les Saint-Georges". The grapes are macerated in open tanks for 4 weeks, helping the delicate terroir to be revealed. After removal, the wines age in oak barrels for 18 months.

Medium red ruby color. On the nose, delicate aromas of cherry and violet emerge along with hints of herbs. On the palate, notes of plum and blackberry dominate, with mild minerality on the palate and a presence of spices. Well-integrated tannins, long finish.
