Users generally consider it good value for money, praising its easy setup and adequate picture quality for basic use. They often use it for Zoom, Skype, Webex, and online classes, and several say it works as soon as it’s plugged in. However, the image isn’t always clear, especially in challenging lighting, and some users complain about the microphone, as well as occasional connection or durability issues.
Economical and easy to install camera, but after a few uses and after more than 2 years since its purchase, without having fallen to the ground or suffered any damage, the image it provides is distorted.
For what it is intended, it's just fine... We're not talking about high image or sound quality, but it gets the job done
It's fine, I haven't had to use it many times but it does its job. What is very annoying is its base. I don't know if mine is defective, but its base doesn't suction anywhere and so the camera moves or slips sometimes.
I got it for Zoom, it does what it promises. The image is very clear, as long as there is no strong light right behind me. I haven't used the microphone much because I use headphones, but the few times I used it, it had no issues.
The only negative thing is the USB connector, if it moves a little, it loses the connection, and you have to find somewhere for it to "sit" so that it works properly.
It's great for video conferencing. However, the image quality, especially in artificial lighting (room lamp), is not the best I've seen. Nevertheless, it's great for zoom, Skype, Facebook, etc.
Satisfactory image for the price of the product. However, the microphone did not work properly - possibly defective.
It surprised me that it performs better with artificial light (at night) than during the day. And it has a very good microphone
The purchase was made for Skype, so I chose one with a low price. The quality is as needed. I was satisfied with the purchase.
I got it for online lessons and really, nothing else is needed for this job. It is flawless. The connection was automatically made with Windows 10. I am completely satisfied.
The previous camera I had was supposed to be 1080p but this one has better quality! Very good purchase for this price, incredible.
I connected it to my laptop and saw it immediately. I tried it on webex, which was the reason I bought it, and it works perfectly both in terms of image and sound.
I do not have much experience with cameras and the only comparison I can make is with the camera that came with the laptop itself. The difference is significant. The image quality is much better on Skype, which I use. Also, the camera worked automatically after connecting it to the laptop. Overall, for such a low price, I believe it is worth 100% of its money.
