Then I discovered that in order for this specific one to work, you have to have taken a hot bath and have opened the pores of your skin for it to penetrate. It's a detail that makes a huge difference! Other products like sportgel, etc. don't require this. With this specific one, if you don't do it, you don't feel any relief or warmth! But after the bath, it's incredible. Also, it doesn't smell bad like the others, but it does leave a greasiness on the skin.

Just be careful with the shoulder and back areas because it burns a little and some people's bodies may not tolerate it. I only use it low on the waist and legs. I couldn't handle the burning sensation when I tried it high once. I haven't tried it again since then.

Very good for muscle pain...heating...I have been using it for over a year...it hasn't caused me any problems
