    I had it for about a year+ until it burned out on me (my own fault), meaning if you put an excessive amount of water that doesn't get absorbed and leave it on for too long, this can happen! Of course, there's a good chance I'll buy it again!
    -1 Star because it takes time to clean it every time you finish, as it gets dirty on the outside too!
    As for those who say the rice sticks, this happens because once the cooker finishes, you need to wait at least 20 minutes after taking the rice out!
