    This is the second ceiling heater I am buying. The previous one was a halogen of another brand 2000 w, but it had functional problems (there is my review) and so I bought the Trotec 1500 w. I paid attention to the fact that it has a carbon tube hoping it would last over time. Everything is positive, but personally, I wouldn't buy it again. Its lamp makes loud crackling noises as if glass is breaking!! Especially in the first two months, they are very annoying for the first 15 minutes. The lamp is one inside a tube and simply changes its intensity in 3 levels. Over time, the crackling decreases, but it doesn't stop.. The irony is that on the outside of the box, there is a person making the sign of silence, meaning it is silent!! It is silent if you can tolerate it for 15 minutes and without adjusting its intensity because it starts again. It also continues the crackling for 5 minutes after you turn it off! Honestly, I miss the previous one I had! It was at least completely silent.

    Purchase summer 2023 for 99 euros. Installed on the balcony, hanging from the ceiling, on the 3rd floor. When there was no wind, it simply felt cold, it warmed up the space and you could sit comfortably. However, if the wind is strong above 4 Beaufort, the heat does not stay. WARNING, it caused headaches for some visitors, I assume due to sensitivity to infrared. So before you buy an infrared heater, it’s good to check it out in cafes that use such heaters. Unfortunately, due to the headaches, the heater was taken down and rests in the storage. For the reason of the headaches, 3 stars. If this issue didn’t exist, I would have given 5 stars.
