The baking tray is an aluminum blend that does not heat up easily and does not cook the pizzas from underneath. I have a similar one from another company that is made of a different blend, much softer, and cooks perfectly from underneath. It also warps when placed in the oven, causing half of the pizza to be in the air. It's better to look for something else for professional use

Επίσης σκευρωνει όταν το τοποθετείς στο φούρνο με αποτέλεσμα η μισή η πίτσα να είναι στον Αέρα. Καλύτερα δείτε κάτι άλλο για επαγγελματική χρήση
