Exactly as others mentioned, the spring broke for me too after 8 months—what you pay for is what you get!

The device can be adjusted to many resistance levels, depending on the user's preferences. Additionally, by changing the way you hold it, the same resistance level can become harder/easier.

The build quality is not the best, but given that it costs less than €2, I think it's worth the money.

TIP: If you have grease, you can apply a small amount to the screw along which the spring moves, and the resistance adjustment will become much smoother.

For the price, what are you looking for, it's not a big loss you will have. Just when you tighten it, go slowly and I wouldn't say work it until the spring "warms up" a bit and the plastic doesn't get carried away, I heard some strange noises. I took it to the second to last line, but think slowly, small steps, not abruptly. The thing is that it's for beginners. So where I have it, I do 4 sets of 20 and I imagine after a few days this won't do anything for me. For a start and for maintenance, it's good, but not to strengthen your hand enough. I give it three because with all the flaws I saw, the promise is a bit of a lie and I don't think it's 40 kg. Meanwhile, it says 60, you know that, right? Chill, it's very cheap, I don't regret it now for a little extra that I want, if you play guitar for example and want your left hand to press better, it does something, get it, it's not bad! Just not professional or too hard! I approve anyway!!!!!

Finding it at a price of about €1.8, I bought 2, just in case. In the end, I was right, as one of the 2 that arrived was defective. The other one, although functional, struggled a lot to reach 30kg (I had to slightly pull the spring).
P.S. Both had a resistance of 60kg and not 40.

I got it for hand strengthening after a stroke. Apart from the squeaking that is fixed with a little oiling, it's great.

It does its job very well and can actually bring significant results to the forearms. Personally, I adjust the weight up to the waist, as I consider it suitable to achieve hypertrophy. I have never put it to the maximum because it doesn't make sense and I don't want to take the unnecessary risk of breaking it.

Mainly for nerves and anxiety, also for exercise. I always have it at 60 kilograms and if I'm annoyed or tense with someone, I do exercises and calm down... Happy with it.

I can say that it is very good especially for its money but over time, when my grip became strong, I needed to put it on full but it didn't go well. I ordered two and one came with 5kg-60kg and the other with 10kg-60kg. You can adjust the weight as shown in the photo by screwing down to increase and screwing up to decrease the weight

Very good and durable. I had a similar one from Jumbo that could hold up to 20 kilograms and it was about to fall apart. This one can hold 20 kilograms and it hasn't undergone any alteration.

For up to 30 kilos it is good, I put it somewhere at 80% and the plastic that held the screw broke and cannot be fixed anymore, but it also costs 2.5 euros

Finally, it is 60kg instead of 40kg as the packaging says, it does its job very well and it is worth its few money.

For its price, you can say it's worth it and whatever happens. Nevertheless, it does a good job, from easy repetitions to quite difficult ones that will challenge most people. Worth it.

P.S. It exercises the little finger very well, usually the barbell only works the other fingers, and the grip strengthener somehow fills the gap

The resistance is good, it exercises and adjusts as much as you want. It has a good grip. Good for beginners.
