Description

Description

The HI700 Low Range Ammonia Meter has bridged the gap between simple chemical test kits and professional instruments. Chemical test kits have limited accuracy and resolution, as they rely on the human eye to distinguish color differences.

Professional instruments incorporate a light source such as an LED or tungsten lamp with a filter and a light detector for precise determination of absorption and ion concentration. Professional instruments provide higher resolution and accuracy, but they are expensive. The HI700 Low Range Ammonia Meter uses a stable LED wavelength and a photodiode detector to provide the accuracy of professional instruments at an affordable price of a chemical test kit.
