Comfortable insoles but they are quite thick. If you plan to put them in shoes that fit you just right, then they will definitely press on your toes. If you have space in the shoe, then use them without worry.

For army boots, they are the best after the Magnum Ortholite Survivor 3. They are 1cm thick and have minimal or no drop, which is ideal for army boots that already have a heel and a large drop, unlike army race-type insoles with a thick heel that lift the foot even more and put the weight forward on the metatarsals. Generally, for army boots, we want insoles with almost the same thickness front and back because they already have a significant forward slope. And a lot of material for standing and running with marching. The Magnums are firmer as a material and are simply the best, but they are now hard to find. After that, you can blindly go for the Alpins. And most importantly, pay attention to the socks—stay away from cotton as it absorbs moisture, smells, and causes blisters. The best combination is wool, polypropylene, and elastane, like the MRK PP Trekker socks.

They indeed have a very thick sole. I found the size to be correct. With a little trimming, they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable for standing and walking. I've had them for a month and I think they have quite good durability.

    In everything very good product
Just the existing sole needs to be removed and this one needs to be put in..
The shoe should be a little comfortable because it is a little thicker than the usual plain soles.
    Perfect in stepping.

Unfortunately, they are very thick and do not fit well inside the shoe. The size 43 that I bought was much larger than my size 43 shoes. I also have reservations about whether they are actually memory foam because after several hours of use, they have not been compressed at all in the areas where they should have been.

The insoles are very thick. In terms of orthostasis, I give them an excellent rating. On June 13, 2023, I ordered another 4 pairs and put them in all my shoes. Very good and cheap

    So... here we go.
The insoles are very thick, resulting in my case, when I put them in boots, my toes hit the front. I would buy them again only if the shoes are one size larger than normal.
(That is, if you wear size 45 and you receive shoes size 46 as a gift, definitely using these insoles will be fine for you.)

Quite good and soft insoles. They are a bit thick though, which is logical. I wear size 44 and I put them in my sports shoes (Asics Nimbus 24) and they fit perfectly. I just had to remove the insoles that were already in the shoes. With thin socks, the foot fits in, although it gets a little warm because the space inside is reduced. With thick socks, it will be a bit more difficult for the foot

For almost a month, it hasn't worn out at all. On weekdays, I take over 15,000 steps and on weekends at least 30,000 steps a day. In terms of posture, I give it an excellent rating for the 12-hour period, you don't feel anything with ultraboost. Perfect combination.
