I am not very satisfied... I have had it for about 3 months now, and in the first month it started boiling by itself in the middle of the night without me pressing anything. Fortunately, I woke up to make milk for my little one and the whole kitchen was filled with steam, the cupboards were dripping water, and the kettle was working on its own. When I looked inside, all the water had evaporated and the bottom was slightly burnt. I was shocked. I contacted them to return it, and of course, they did not replace it, using the excuse that nothing happened in their hands. They asked me to delete the app and reconnect. Since then, nothing similar has happened, but the only bad thing now is that it still starts boiling without me doing anything, but fortunately, I catch it and turn it off... Very good quality. One drawback for me is that as soon as it reaches boiling point (100 °C) it stops. I wanted to use it for complete sterilization of baby bottles which need to boil for 3-5 minutes.

It does an excellent job but by the 2nd or 3rd time you boil water, it already has limescale. Of course, it cleans very easily if you put white vinegar with water and boil it. The photos are from the 3rd time after I cleaned it with vinegar.

At some point, Xiaomi changed both the software and the kettle. The best kettle ever. I have it permanently set to 40 degrees for the baby's milk or some tea, and in a few seconds the water is ready. It also boils quickly. Nice design and simple operation. I never used the app except for the beginning when I set the temperature and the times I want it to keep the water warm. A year later and I have no complaints at all.

We've had it for 1.5 years now and it works perfectly.
It has helped us a lot with our little one.
1 star less because the app it has doesn't give you much information.
You just see what temperature the water is at if it's boiling.
And you can simply set how long you want to keep it warm.
If the kettle could be activated, I would give it 5*
Also, I wouldn't say it boils very quickly compared to others we've had.
And the connection with the app is via Bluetooth

a) very nice design
b) very practical that you control the temperature to keep the water warm
Negatives:
a) I don't know if it's the product, the batch, or the store, but I replaced it once in two months because suddenly while boiling the water it made a sound like a kettle
b) from the moment it was in temperature maintenance mode, it suddenly started boiling and wouldn't stop, not even when it reached 100°C which is the max

4 stars because after 2 years and a bit (just as it went out of warranty), it stopped working. The lights went out and never turned back on. I thought the base wasn't making good contact, I tried to fix it, opened it up, measured with a multimeter, etc., all in vain. It wasn't the base. Probably the circuit board. It's as if they are programmed to die after 2 years and a bit. Nevertheless, the build quality, the opening that allows you to reach inside to clean, the metal that has never rusted or changed color despite cleaning with vinegar, the convenience of the electronic thermostat, the accuracy in temperature, and the low acquisition cost for what it offers compensate for it. I bought the same one again.

It keeps the water hot and helps me make the baby's milk quickly. Since I use it daily, it's reasonable for it to get scale, so I put vinegar as it says in the instructions and rinse it well. If the kettle is not used continuously, it won't have scale all the time. With the vinegar, it becomes like new.

I have had it for almost 10 months, during this time it is the second time it shows E1, the water thermostat is not working, I sent it and they sent it back to me after 5 days, I plugged it in and after 3 days it showed the same problem, they did not replace it but obviously did nothing because the problem continues to exist! Our problem is that we have an infant at home which makes our life very difficult.

Dangerous! Broke in less than 2 months. It doesn't stop boiling, the water spills out. The base burned. I have a video that makes noise like a 70's kettle but it won't upload here. Stay away!! Spend money on something better.
