The "ball" that allows it to be adjusted is not tight enough in the socket, resulting in having to readjust it with every pothole or irregularity in the road, which obviously is not the best situation. If the road is *only* potholes (common in Athens, for example), the mirror is simply useless. Only with a trick it is tight enough to stay in place.
