Ceiling mount for securely attaching either TRX exercise straps or a Yoga Swing for Aerial Yoga.
See Description & SpecificationsUsers find the mounts sturdy and stable, with very good support for their weight. They’re useful for TRX and home workouts, and mounting screws are included. However, proper installation is important, and some users have noted that the screws for concrete aren’t ideal.
Excellent equipment support brackets. I hung my weight on both of them separately with force. They don't budge. You just need to find out which of the stores have two holes and which have four. I chose four for extra security but both are very sturdy. The metal plugs and screws that come in the package for concrete were very good, I didn't replace them.
The bases appear sturdy. They are larger than they appear in the photos and heavy. If they are not properly placed and fall on the head, they will open it. Although I saw in a review that these specific ones have two holes, mine came with four. Based on the fact that the shape and dimensions with the doubles are the same, I assumed that the strength with two screws would be sufficient, so as not to fill the ceiling with holes. I am 90 kilos and I supported my weight on each base separately and they were very stable and unshakeable. The screws for concrete do not have the best mechanism I have seen in their kind, but they do their job, although they are difficult to remove in the future. Overall, I recommend the product, as it does its job as it should at a good price, while with installation with four screws it will be even more reliable.
Screws into the ceiling, holds up very well so far, with TRX.
