Carob rusks. Made based on the traditional olive oil rusk. The recipe originates from the distant past, when the necessities of life did not allow households to bake every day. The carob rusk is a unique and delicious accompaniment for cheeses, olives, green and Greek salads, wine, ouzo, and tsikoudia. 

Product with minimal gluten content.
High in dietary fiber. High in Calcium, source of Phosphorus, Copper, and Manganese.
Free from preservatives, colorings, dairy, caffeine, and added sweeteners.

Ingredients

Made from 92% carob (30% wholemeal carob flour and 62% carob powder), wheat flour (sourdough with wheat flour and water), carob honey, olive oil, black sesame, yeast, and salt.

    Extremely delicious rusks. I bought them supposedly for a healthier option and I have emptied half the package in one sitting! They are tastier than most rusks and they are slightly sweet due to the carob. The bite size is perfect! They are so crispy but still not dry in a way that hurts your mouth, resulting in being able to enjoy them perfectly on their own and not just in salads/moistened. Truly well done, I wanted to call the company to congratulate them.
