Usage:

  • Before use, leave the stone in water for 24 hours. This process is done only once, before the first use.
  • Always follow the same angle and sharpening method.
  • During sharpening, pour a little water while simultaneously wiping the blade with a damp cloth.
  • Start with the smallest number and continue with the larger one.
  • If you use oil, you will not be able to use water afterward.
