The Granite coating guarantees durability in combination with the properties of cast aluminum, ensuring healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Thoroughly dry and coat them with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty and do not leave them on the fire once the contents have evaporated or if they are empty.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating can damage the coating.
  • Cook on low or medium heat.
