It has a space to charge the Spen, which can also be attached to the side. When closed, the screen automatically turns off and when opened, it wakes up. It has a magnetic closure. The tablet can stand at any angle and is stabilized by the material that provides resistance through friction. Internally, the case is made of hard plastic and fits perfectly and securely. I would prefer if there was a secure storage space for the Spen, but that is missing. Also, the case is relatively heavy. I chose it over the Samsung case because of the cost and because it provides overall protection for the tablet.
