The Dr Green series is ideal for healthy cooking, as we can cook without fat at low or medium temperatures, ensuring the best results while keeping the food's nutritional values intact.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Completely dry and apply butter or oil to it.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty and do not leave it on the fire once its contents have evaporated.

Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
