A delicate yet rich red wine from organically grown Mavrotragano grapes from the region of Kissamos in Chania. The result of a 10-year study on Santorini's most renowned grape, which adapts excellently to the Cretan microclimate.
Organically cultivated in the "Domata" of Lousakies at an altitude of 350 meters, with a northeast orientation and just 2000 meters from the sea of the Kissamos bay. Classic mild red vinification is followed by aging in oak barrels for one year. Rich and complex. Ideally, pair it with food. Enjoy it cool. Light and fresh. Enjoy it cool.
