An 'orange' and 'natural' wine from Roditis with the signature of Nikos Karatzas, which raises the bar for wines of this style very high.
The grapes come from old-age vineyards and are selected berry by berry. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in a clay amphora, and the juice ferments and remains with the skins for 30 days, acquiring a deep color as well as rich and intense aromatic and taste characteristics.
Then it matures for 6 months with the lees in the amphoras. No additives are made, and all work is done by hand.
It is an exciting gastronomic wine and certainly a proposal that will make you love wines of this style.
