The first thing that needs to be said is that they are not suitable for low shoes. Your foot will come out from the side. They are ideal for boots. Other than that, they are good quality insoles that provide proper support for your feet during hours of work/standing. As for their durability over time, that remains to be seen...

Good insoles and comfortable - I got them for low leather Camper shoes that made my daily commute to work difficult. But as others have said, they are quite high and if the shoes don't have enough space, they don't fit. I felt like half my heel was outside the shoe when I wore them, so I removed them. I wish they would fit in the shoe because I felt they would really do a good job, but after 3 days I had to take them out. It's a pity.

The insoles are of medium to slow recovery memory type and are ideal for work, prolonged standing, and walking (from a simple stroll to hiking use). They are not ideal for running and sports where fast recovery memory foam is needed for immediate shock absorption. For the intended use, they are the best I have tried and I highly recommend them.

I bought them for my basketball shoes and my knees hurt.

Nice soles, they absorb shocks and have a nice fit in the shoe. They are somewhat tall for someone with relatively low shoes. I have also bought the Proactive Ultrasoft ones which I like more for everyday use
