I've had it for almost three years and recently bought it for a friend of mine as well. When I got it, it was cheaper, but that's understandable because since then, with the price hikes on everything, it has been crazy. Nevertheless, it remains a very value-for-money purchase! The adjustable buttons are really nice, and in general, after this, I find it hard to use non-ergonomic mice. It has become an extension of my hand. Of course, the ergonomic mouse alone won't save your hand (your posture, desk height, etc., play a role), but it helps a lot! 4 stars and not five because sometimes it gets misconfigured (about every 3 months) and I have to readjust the buttons. Also, the USB port has given out, it broke, and I was left with the chip in my hand. It's somewhat unjustifiable because I wasn't plugging and unplugging it every day, but since it also connects via Bluetooth, it doesn't bother me as much. Be careful not to lose the cable, which is weird, and then you can't charge it. Three years later, the battery is still going strong!

I bought it because my hand started to hurt due to long hours of computer work. The mouse is very comfortable to hold, but it is not suitable for small hands. It has many shortcuts for its programmable buttons, which once you get used to them, it seems like regular mice slow down your work. After two months of use, I haven't seen any signs of wear and its battery lasts a long time. I use it for about 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week, and it easily lasts me 2 weeks. When it runs out of battery, you can use it for about an hour with the cable and it's back to 100%. Finally, the connection with the 2.4 GHz adapter is flawless, with no interruptions or lag. It also connects via Bluetooth, but I haven't tried it.

Overall, it's worth its money and I would say it's ideal for everyday work.

Update 10/06/24:
After about 8 months of heavy use, the scroll wheel stopped responding. It still remains a very convenient product, it's just that the excessive middle clicks damage the scroll wheel in the end. Except for the scroll, the rest of the mouse works perfectly.

Purchased on 01/10/21. Used occasionally and it is comfortable.
The screen was good, but now it no longer works, it barely shows in complete darkness.
This lowers the product's value as you adjust the keyboard shortcuts through this screen. So it lasted 1.5 years. I got it for €40. I wish a way could be found for repair.

Update 05/09/23: I contacted the company to see if there was a replacement screen (even though I could do the replacement myself), but they had no knowledge or willingness to help.
They literally replied: "If I understand correctly, the LCD screen is fainted and you want to replace it.
We would like to inform you that we don't recommend opening or repairing the mouse. We don't have any spare parts for the mouse and can't give any information about resources.
We can only confirm that the screen is replaceable."

Update Aug 23:
Since I didn't have the cable to charge it, I carefully removed the plastic cover from another micro USB cable and managed to charge it that way.

Update Aug 24:
It is still the main mouse I use. I see the battery percentage in Windows through the connected Bluetooth devices.

It is a truly excellent mouse.
I have been using it for about 6 months and I consider it ideal for office work.
It has a very comfortable hand position, and its buttons are fully customizable (through settings directly on the device, even if it is not connected anywhere, using its own screen).
The two additional buttons located behind the main ones (left and right click) have been very helpful for me, personally I have set them as "copy" and "paste" and they are especially useful in Excel, which I use frequently.
Also, the side buttons have been very useful for me (I use them for "forward" and "back" in internet navigation and computer exploration).
The additional button located low on the side (for thumb pressing) also makes a difference.
There is the option to choose between 4 DPI resolutions (1200, 1600, 2000, 2400), making the motion sensor more or less sensitive depending on the surface.
I consider the presence of the screen quite useful, as it includes, among other things, a battery level indicator, which, by the way, lasts at least 10 days with daily use.
It operates in two connection modes: Bluetooth and with its own USB receiver.
Personally, I mainly use it with Bluetooth, and after all this time, I can say that it has not disconnected even once.
Additionally, after a period of inactivity, it automatically turns off to save battery, and with a click, it turns on and connects automatically.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

The only thing I could say that didn't work for me is the size, which I would prefer to be slightly larger for better grip in the hand.
It definitely takes 1-2 days for someone to get used to it in their hand if they are coming from a conventional mouse, but then it becomes necessary.

Update (25/11/22): after about 7 months of use, the scroll wheel started malfunctioning significantly (and impressively, it did not happen gradually), either not following the "commands" at all (meaning it does not respond when I rotate the wheel) or completing only part of the command (meaning it makes much smaller scrolls compared to the wheel rotations) and often intermittently. I note that throughout this period of use, it was used for office work.

After two years of struggling with pain in my right hand due to computer work, I decided to try ergonomic mice. The first one was an expensive one from a well-known company that broke within two months, and I couldn't get any help from the non-existent customer service or the online store where I bought it. The Trust mouse has been very helpful for me for four months now. The pain in my arm and wrist has stopped. It is of good quality, although somewhat lightweight. It responds accurately to hand movements and all its buttons are customizable. No software is needed, everything is done through the small screen on it.

It can be connected to the computer wirelessly either through Bluetooth or with the wireless dongle that comes with it. However, please note that it CANNOT be connected wired. The USB cable is ONLY for charging.

It has a rechargeable battery and you can always know its charge level. You don't have to rush to charge it as soon as the battery runs out, and especially when you need to charge it. I use it at the office and with one charge, it lasts me 8 days of work (8+ hours each day). When you leave it idle, it automatically turns off to save battery.

It is worth every penny, even the last dime.

1. The screen is now blurry. You can't read or adjust anything.
2. The Bluetooth connection is frequently lost.

Very satisfied with its performance, but disappointed that the things that were worth its 45€ are gradually disappearing.

First experience with an ergonomic mouse and after reading many reviews here on skroutz and abroad, I decided to 'try' this one from Trust (note that it is an OEM product that someone can find abroad under different names, less known and probably not as reliable as this one (Trust) which is known for its other products).

I won't talk about all the positives of the device that have already been mentioned by other users. The small information screen is very useful! The mouse is worth it, 100%!!! It may not have the software functionality of Logitech mice, but it costs half the price. From this perspective, there is no comparison issue for an average user!

What is important to mention is the problem I encountered. I couldn't charge the device. I contacted Trust BV and after some instructions for various tests, they encouraged me to return the device for replacement. Everything went well.

Regarding the charging issue, I would like to mention that due to the peculiar design of the USB-B port (see photo), it requires some additional pressure for the plug to fully fit into the port. Only then does the device charge correctly! Let's keep that in mind. Moreover, because of this peculiarity in the design, it won't be easy to find another USB-B cable for replacement if the provided one, for some reason, breaks. Let's be aware of that as well, so we can be careful!
For these two reasons - lack of software UI and custom USB-B cable - one minus star. Nevertheless, I emphasize that it is a very reasonable value for money product worth buying!

UPDATE 11/2023: After 1.5 years of use - indoors, with care and without any hits/falls - the scroll wheel started malfunctioning and during its use, the cursor on the screen was 'jumping'. A few months later, it stopped working altogether. I tried driver updates and other attempts, but in vain. I contacted the company (Trust BV) for instructions and they accepted the return within the framework of the 2-year pan-European warranty that all products have. Fortunately, I had purchased the mouse through the skroutz basket and the company facilitated its collection and inspection by the supplier after the replacement of the first one (referring to the comment above).

I requested a replacement - because I was really satisfied with the device - or a refund if there would be a delay. They chose the refund option, only that it is significantly lower than the price at which I see it being sold. I mention this because there are stores that have it available and sell the product, and they are partners of the company, but they chose the 'cheaper' option. Understandable from one perspective, inconvenient from the other. I mention it so that you are aware of it, in a similar situation.

For the above reasons, the failure of both mice I purchased, I deduct another star from the evaluation. So, 3 stars and I simply note that fortunately, the malfunctions occurred within the warranty period and in the first case, the mouse was replaced with another one, while in the second case, I was compensated with the purchase value. In any case, I decided not to buy the same one again, even though I consider it value for money. Because if you experience damage outside the warranty, you've played and lost. So, I prefer the reliability of well-known brands, especially now that they have models at more reasonable prices.

The only problem I encountered is the classic one with many wireless mice. On the desktop computer where I wanted to plug in the receiver in the back port, the signal was quite poor. The same goes for the top ports. I ran a cable under the tower and now it's all good. However, since it's essential, as even Bluetooth didn't work properly, I can't give it five stars. To be fair, it's possible that it's being interfered with by the network card antenna or something related, but that doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't happen.

I solved it by using a USB cable near the mouse and the problem was solved.

The screen is decent, although there is a mark inside that is visible when I try to adjust the custom buttons, but it's okay.

There are plenty of options for the custom buttons.

*EDIT* As mentioned by another person, the battery easily lasts for 100 hours. I forget to turn it off and it lasts me several days easily, and of course, whenever I charge it, the cable doesn't restrict me in my work. It's long enough and sufficiently flexible, even though it may not seem so at first glance.

It is definitely value for money based on what it offers. Much more convenient than the previous ergonomic one I had from the same company.

*On a laptop and iPad (Bluetooth) that were tested, it didn't have the same problem as the desktop.

After two years of use, where I never turned it off from the switch and during some periods when I was traveling and didn't use it, its battery died on us.
I'm definitely not complaining about the 35€ I spent to get it. As in these years, it has been very useful in my daily life. Spending 50€ every two years for my needs is not a big problem.

In these two years, some parts on the mouse cracked and something like color came off. That was perhaps the only negative thing I had. Which also happens with other mice.

I bought the same one again, this time for 45€, and I have the following to say:
The first change I noticed right away is that it no longer shows the battery percentage in tens as it did before (meaning it would increase and decrease the percentage in tens). Now it shows the intermediate numbers as well.

Also, the signal problem I had seems to belong to the past. At least with the tests I did, I don't have the same problem as before.

The shortcut menu hasn't changed much.

The screen has been very convenient for me, and it's a major reason why I bought the same one again. And as I see it, in one or two years, we'll see what other changes have been made ;)
