Description

Description

The Trust Voxx is a wired vertical mouse, which connects to the computer directly via Bluetooth or with a dongle (transceiver) that is placed in the USB port. It has an optical sensor that offers good accuracy, making it ideal for everyday use. When used on glossy surfaces (e.g., glass desk), the use of a mousepad is necessary. The vertical design of the mouse allows the hand to remain in a more natural position. If this is your first time using a vertical mouse, it will take some time to get used to it.

It has changed my life. I use it for at least 9 hours a day. I have it connected with Bluetooth to my work computer and with the dongle to my personal one. The battery has excellent durability (more than a week). The downside is that it requires its own cable to charge because the others I have don't fit. I have set up copy-paste on the secondary buttons and other shortcuts that have saved me a lot of time. It has relieved my hand (right) and shoulder. It withstands being thrown into my bag and still holds up well. If I happen to forget it one day, I can't work. I got used to it within two hours of use and I can no longer live without it.

Update 21/06/2023
It continues to function normally without a drop in battery power. However, the screen has faded and it's really hard to see anything. If I wanted to make changes to the buttons, it would be very difficult. Nevertheless, I still recommend it.

Update 1/12/2023
The screen has completely gone blank for the past two months, so I charge it approximately. It has been working for two years, 9-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. That means it has worked for about 2,500 hours. We've been through a lot together. Since yesterday, one of the secondary buttons has stopped responding and the cushion on one of the main buttons has come off. It's time to get a new one. I can't find another one with 9 buttons, and it has been very convenient for me, so I will get the same one. It is €20 more expensive compared to two years ago, but that's life.

After months of use, the built-in screen has faded, resulting in not being able to program the buttons and not knowing what is happening with the battery... Unacceptable...

Otherwise, quite functional and convenient mouse compared to the classic ones...

After a few months, the screen with the indicators went off. After a year, it started losing connection and needed to be paired again. At 18 months, it stopped working. It was purchased for about 50 euros from a chain store. Other items I have bought for 10-15 euros (not bluetooth of course) have been working fine for over two years now.

Very good ergonomics, although I would have liked it to be a little bigger. The screen is constantly on, causing the lit letters to fade (it is OLED). After about 1 year, the screen completely burned out.

Very practical in size, grip (I have relatively large hands and long fingers) and weight (I generally prefer heavier mice, this one is slightly lighter than I would like). Very comfortable to use, I just wish the scroll wheel was a bit more forward.
The key programming is easy and practical, and it works out of the box in Linux, without the need for proprietary software.
Battery life is very good (it can last over a month), and charging via USB cable is very convenient and fast.
Be careful, it has a strange plastic slot where the micro USB plug goes, and regular cables don't fit (only with a workaround, so don't lose its own cable).
I bought it on sale for €34, at this price it's a very good option. At €50, I might consider going straight for a Logitech.

Normally I would give it a 4.5/5 rating because it is generally a very good product (comfortable, ergonomic, good for long hours of use, good battery life, etc.), but it lacks weight and indeed (as other users have mentioned) sometimes it seems to receive the wrong command for the back page and gets confused. For its price, it is very fair.

Maybe charging it once a week seems a bit bad to me (maybe I fell into a case because someone I know has it and doesn't have this issue), BUT overall it's a very good purchase and smart design. The multiple buttons are very helpful for browser navigating and it's very convenient for gaming. You need 4 days to get used to it and then you don't even think about it. Definitely value for money and much more comfortable in the hand than a regular mouse. It saves you from tendonitis easily.

Edit: I noticed that the back button will be pressed on its own once every 3 days. This is quite unpleasant if you're working on a browser and lose your progress. Because I recommended the product to someone I know, they told me that they noticed the same issue after 2 months. It loses a star because it seems like it's not just a coincidence but a general malfunction. If the warranty covers us, we'll see

  • I am very satisfied today and for the time being. The grip is comfortable, the plastic feels pleasant to touch. Ideal for large hands.

The only complaints I have are the following: It doesn't glide well on a mousepad and the scroll wheel is a bit further back than I would like.

In the semester of use, the material peels off. During the same period, the bottom left click broke. Not very accurate response. The battery lasts about 7 days at work for 7-8 hours in my office. I don't use it for gaming, only for work.

Very nice feeling in the hand and you really feel the wrist relaxed. The battery lasts for 2 full 8-hour days as Bluetooth or 2.5 8-hour days as wireless (we are talking about full office work). The charging cable is in the front, so when it is charging it feels like having a wired mouse.

Very good mouse. Great accuracy in movements.
Very easy programming of the keys, without resorting to software.
Very long battery life, literally, you forget to charge it. And when the time comes, it charges quickly.
    Very good value for money.
Personally, I would like it to be half an inch smaller, as the length of my fingers does not allow for a very comfortable grip.

Very good purchase, very comfortable in the hand, the buttons are very useful if you assign them to the available functions. The sensitivity to movement is something that takes time to get used to, autonomy over 100 hours when connected to Wi-Fi, the screen is easily readable and for its price, I don't think there are better options.
    update 1/9/2025
the mouse continues to work and is ideal for my medium-sized hand. The wheel has started to show some unstable behavior but with spray contact cleaner, it gets fixed and works well. The autonomy continues to be the same as when I bought it. Now let's move on to the screen issue. I also noticed in turn that the brightness over time had decreased to the point where it was hard to read what it said. So I decided to remove the plastic casing and was very surprised to find that the screen was very clear and the problem was the dark plastic casing that had lost its clarity over time. I also have a photo for those interested.

I work on a computer for over 12 hours in a design program.
    It is very good.
It is wired / wireless / Bluetooth / charges so you don't have to worry about batteries.
Positive... when you're not using it, you can disable it with a right-click and enable it again!
It has a battery indicator screen.
It has a very good size... I haven't used the Bluetooth yet... !!

It might be the first time I evaluate a product, but guys, I am literally amazed! It is impossible for an ergonomic mouse of this quality to cost only 30 Euros! As soon as I held it in my hands and started working, I realized that we are talking about a high-quality mouse! The screen with the information is incredible extra! I will definitely get another one for home!

It is a very comfortable mouse, with a "different" structure from the classic ones. In two or three days you will have gotten used to it and you will have no problem handling it. It is really very comfortable in the hand, it does not tire and it has many buttons for many functions. One word... it is worth buying. I also include a photo (be careful, it is not as big as it seems).

I hesitated a bit to get an ergonomic mouse, but I decided to try it since it was quite affordable... and so far I'm impressed! Very comfortable to hold and I got used to it right away - even for gaming. Easy connection (with the adapter, I didn't try Bluetooth), very good responsiveness, and MANY buttons.

The two buttons are in a strange position below the left/right click respectively, but they might be very useful for office applications.

  • I find it great.
Lighter than the previous one I had, but you get used to it easily, as well as the fact that it is ergonomic.

If it withstands time, I think it is a very good purchase.

I don't know why I hadn't made the change to such a mouse here for so many years!
However, it is very good and has many options but not such good software.
It is worth every penny though

Reliable in movement and range, good keys with the option of adjusting them from the mouse, comfortable to hold, automatic shutdown for battery saving. It easily lasts 100 hours without charging, so it is definitely a value-for-money purchase!

Very convenient and comfortable mouse! Its only drawback is the battery that drains quickly. With a full charge, I get 10 hours. I asked for a replacement, they sent me a new one and it still only lasts 20 hours.
Update 2022-09-17: The left click started sticking and double-clicking on its own

After continuous daily use for almost two months, I can say that I couldn't go back to regular mice. I am very satisfied with this one and highly recommend it. It is difficult in the beginning with the movements, but you get used to it quickly. The battery lasts a long time, and you can work while it is charging. It works wirelessly and with Bluetooth without any issues.

Very good mouse overall in terms of functionality, responsiveness, battery life, etc., but after 1.5 years the screen simply died.

  • Perfect operation and very good build quality. Convenient in cases of tendinitis - epicondylitis due to the position of the wrist.

  • I've had it for 3 years and nothing has happened to it! Also, charging is needed with the USB about once a month with heavy use

  • After a few months, the screen with the indicators went off. After a year, it started losing connection and needed to be paired again. At 18 months, it stopped working. It was purchased for about 50 euros from a chain store. Other items I have bought for 10-15 euros (not bluetooth of course) have been working fine for over two years now.
