Pinot Noir at 95%. The fine lees from the winemaking process of the Assyrtiko grape of the following year complete the remaining percentage (5%). The wine, after fermenting with native yeasts from the vineyard, matures for 24 months in used oak barrels that were previously used for the white and rosé wine of the Moschopolis series. It is bottled unfiltered to retain all its quality characteristics.
Bright and elegant, with delicate sweet fruits on the nose, full of rich and intense berry and red floral notes. Light earthy and mineral notes will gradually appear with its aging. Bright red color with light purple highlights. The palate is clean and elegant, bringing cherry fruit with a robust, spicy, and luscious tannic structure. It maintains significant concentration and structure to reward long-term aging.
