We bought it in 2023. It had very good performance for its price. After two years, it started showing some issues with suction and steam production, which could be resolved with descaling, etc. However, a month ago it stopped working completely. Fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty and they deemed it uneconomical to repair, so they refunded me part of the money (€132), with the process taking about 1.5 months from the time I sent it to service until I received the money.

Transition from a simple iron to the Stiroplus 2020 ironing system. There is no comparison, it is an amazing upgrade, very light, very powerful, very easy to use, easy to clean. Its durability will be the only thing to be judged.

I bought it in May 2022. Occasionally, it would leak water while I was ironing with steam, but nothing concerning—it did its job. For the past two weeks, it has started having issues with the steam intensity, which decreases until it stops completely. After leaving it for a while, it works again, but the problem reappears. Obviously, after four years, there is no longer any warranty, but from the other comments I read, I doubt I will bother to take it for service. Needless to say, the instructions for descaling have absolutely nothing to do with the issue. We couldn't figure it out, just like many other users.

Purchased in 2021. At first, I was very satisfied, as it produced strong steam. However, from the second year, problems began to appear, which worsened over time. In the fourth year, I took it to service, where I was charged a significant amount without any substantial repair of the damage. In the end, I was forced to discard it. It's a pity for the money spent.

I have had it for three years. I have had other ironing systems. By far the best. It produces a lot of steam and irons perfectly.
I am coming back... I will agree with many other users... It releases a lot of water from the plate. I can't solve this problem even with service. Of course, this does not negate the fact that when this phenomenon decides to stop, it irons very well...

The issue with the excess water coming out from underneath is easily solved, as another lady also described. The technician told me the same. What you need to do is, every time you finish ironing, remove the water tank from its base and press the steam button until it stops releasing steam. This way, any remaining water is used up and during the next ironing session, not a drop comes out. A negative point is the color of the tank, which is dark and makes it hard to see the water level. Good for its price.

So far I am absolutely satisfied, it is lightweight, irons perfectly, the steam is powerful and comes out from the entire surface of the plate and not just from the top side as is usual with most. The water heats up very quickly and the indicators notify you of every condition of the device. The only negative I find is that the iron locks onto the base. It is well worth its money and more!!!

I also had the problem with the water coming out while ironing. We're talking about a lot of water! But I solved it. For those of you facing the same issue, remove the water tank completely and turn it on to let all the steam out. Basically, iron as usual but without the tank in place. In about a minute, the steam will be finished. After that, I didn't have any water coming out for 3 months. When it happened again a little, I repeated the process and now it's been 7 months without a drop! Try it because it's a good and lightweight iron.

It does what it promises and at a good price. I hope the materials last and don't have issues like other products from China..

Initially, it ironed quite well, but just before the year it stopped producing steam. Every time I open the cap from the bottom, it works for 20 minutes and then stops again. It constantly needs descaling solution.

While at first I was completely satisfied, after about ten uses, it started leaking water. I returned it to have it checked because it was under warranty, but since they were slow in finding spare parts and making repairs, I asked to be given another one and ultimately preferred to switch companies and pay the difference to buy another brand.

If it had 6 stars I would put. We're talking the iron is PERFECT AMAZING!! you want to iron with this iron. Really as soon as I press to release steam and iron, I simply pass it over the clothes and it makes it paper, all in no time .. I was amazed too! Finally a proper iron. It's worth every penny. Fast and good. The 8.5 bar are worth it. The 200€ are worth it. I highly recommend it.

The iron is excellent for its price and capabilities. However, there happened to be a small issue with its function in this particular product, fortunately it still had the manufacturer's warranty.

Unfortunately, after 10 uses, we also experienced the issue with the water it produces. It's a very serious issue as it ruins the clothes! I also took it back, but I didn't get any solution. It's a shame because it costs quite a bit of money, it's lightweight, but the steam turning into water in a short period of time is tragic. It's better to look for something else.

The iron does an amazing job, the amount of steam it produces may be even more than what it claims. I come from a more expensive Tefal with the same construction characteristics, and the Stiroplus is 10 times better

I am writing mainly to help. The iron is quite good, however, it started leaking water very early on to the point where we were annoyed. We took it to someone from the warranty and thankfully he told us some things about proper maintenance that we were unaware of. Initially, the company says that you can use bottled water. Big mistake, it quickly accumulates salts. However, what made the difference and we never saw it leak water again was that after each use, we remove the water container and either pour it out or leave it separately. Finally, whenever we want to clean it from the salts, we add a little white vinegar with water inside, leave it overnight, and it has been cleaned. It never leaked water again.

It is a powerful iron with a lot of steam, lightweight. Its negatives are that it does not lock on the base for transportation and that it requires frequent cleaning from salts. However, I am completely satisfied with its performance.

I have had the iron for 1 year now and I am really completely satisfied with its (almost) daily use.
1) It heats up the water instantly.
2) It is very lightweight, so ironing is not tiring but enjoyable and fast.
3) Easy cleaning of the limescale, thanks to the notification, you don't have to remember when to do it.
4) Large water tank (which doesn't require frequent interruptions to fill it up).
The only drawback (which you know from the beginning when you buy it) is that the iron only attaches to its base (you don't risk touching it on another surface to avoid scratching the plate).
Overall, I am completely satisfied and pleased, and it is definitely a purchase that was worth 100% of its money.

Excellent ironing quality and speed. Its downsides: the iron does not attach to the base (I knew this before purchasing), making it dangerous to transport. It requires frequent cleaning, but I don't know if the method used is sufficient. In less than a year and a half of owning it, the flange of the boiler cap broke. I couldn't find only the rubber gasket as a spare part, so I had to buy a whole new cap for 11€

In the beginning, it was "flying" ... lightweight, produced a lot of steam but... luckily it is still under warranty. We took it twice, once the pump broke, the other time the steam valve. The service helped me immediately, but I'm afraid it might break again. Honestly, if it breaks, I won't buy this brand again.

I have ironed only twice and I am thrilled a) it doesn't drip AT ALL, b) the water tank has such capacity that I didn't need to refill it for 3 hours. Very lightweight. It also has two options, the regular one that works on ECO mode with satisfactory steam and the max, which I didn't need to use. I had a Tefal iron before that broke after 5 years and it wasn't worth repairing. But even that one was dripping a few drops, which I consider a problem. Update if anything changes.
Update: One year later and it still irons perfectly. And I have never used the max steam, I only iron on the eco setting. I am thrilled

I have this iron for a year. As for mine, it doesn't have any leaks. The water tank broke and I replaced it by ordering another one through Scroutz. You enjoy ironing as the saying goes.

Only 10 months of use and the iron started leaking water from the bottom. And now the boiler keeps running constantly, causing the water and salt indicator lights to blink. It is cleaned from salts and has water. And the indicator continues to blink and it doesn't work. It's not worth the 170€ I paid for it

After 7 months of use, while cleaning, water runs with every step for steam! It's a shame because it was very good but it's probably a matter of luck whether it will be defective or not!

Contrary to the recent comments, the device has been excellent for me! It doesn't leak or have any issues. The water tank can be filled with a large amount of clothes, the steam is abundant, and overall there are no problems. What can I say, maybe there was a defective batch or we are the lucky ones. I also chose it for the reputable and well-known brand. The only thing I find poorly designed is the cable management... a different wrapping solution would be better. Purchased in the summer of 2021 for €150

Owner of this device for 18 months, unfortunately it only worked for 6 months, the rest of the time it was either in service or on the way to service...
After the sixth month, every time I pressed the steam button, an incredible amount of water came out instead of steam.
And even though I followed the instructions to the letter, I was accused by the service center of using demineralized water instead of tap water, which I never did.
What a shame...
Stay away, it's really a waste of money.

One of my worst purchases, while ironing it turns off periodically and I have to press the On button again. Also, the iron was broken, I replaced it and still have issues. Regretted buying it.
