Holter Rhythm Aspel 24W Alfa System A712 (software and recording unit).
The Holter system for recording cardiac rhythm Aspel 24W - A712 is a complete tool for quick analysis of a recording, simplifying the workflow and facilitating the detection of cardiac arrhythmias, while ensuring patient comfort through the small 12-channel recording unit Aspel 712.
It is a state-of-the-art device that uses an SD card with a particularly large capacity to store a 48-hour or 7-day continuous recording and transfer the recorded data without compression.
The Holter Rhythm Aspel HolCARD 24W Alfa System A712 consists of:
- The digital 12-channel ambulatory electrocardiography recorder AsPEKT 712 v301 (with built-in display)
- The HolCARD 24W software
Main features of the AsPEKT 712 v301 recording unit:
- Digital 12-channel ECG signal recording unit
- Built-in color display for visualization of recorded leads and touch keyboard
- Easy detachable 10-pole patient cable
- Recording time: 48 hours or 168 hours (Requires Ni-MH battery), on an SD card
- Built-in real-time clock
- EVENT button
- Pacemaker detection
- ECG transmission via Bluetooth interface
- Dimensions: 72x76x23mm
Main features of the HolCARD 24W software:
- Fully compatible with Microsoft Windows environment
- Provides 3 or 12 independent recording channels (depending on the recording unit)
- Automatic detection and classification of arrhythmias based on user-adjustable criteria
- Reliable algorithm for morphology recognition and dynamic classification into groups, allowing for rapid and effective confirmation or correction by the analyzing physician
- Analysis of RR interval variability and analysis of heart rate variability in both time domain and frequency domain
- In the time domain of Heart Rate Variability, parameters-coefficients are calculated as mentioned in the international literature, with the ability to select small time intervals for analysis from the entire 24-hour recording. The calculation of these parameters can also be selected.
- In the frequency domain of Heart Rate Variability, spectral analysis is calculated in 3 variable frequency ranges: very low frequency, low frequency, and high frequency. The calculation of these frequencies can also be selected.
- Analysis of ST segment in all three channels, with the ability to redefine the results after modification of the J and Q points.
- Recognizes and analyzes pacemaker electrocardiogram of single-chamber or dual-chamber pacemaker, providing a histogram of intrinsic and paced beats.
- Not offered in standard equipment.
- Data analysis time is short (no more than 1-2 minutes, depending on the capabilities of the existing computer), and the data analysis printing time is fast and does not exceed 5 minutes for a complete printout (depending on the capabilities of the existing printer).
- Ability to save to the computer's hard drive or CD, with small storage capacity (ECG signal file: 30-35 MB - Analysis file: 10-15 MB).
- Simultaneous detection of arrhythmia in all three channels.
- Automatic signal calibration in all channels independently ensures the use of the entire available dynamic range.
- Color display of indicators.
- Ability to detect, review, and process in qualitative evaluation VE, VT, Single SVE, PSVT, Pause, Irregular Rhythm, VT, IVR, Bradycardia, Tachycardia, Couplets, ST segment elevation and depression, maximum, minimum, and average Heart Rates, artificial segments.
- Reliability control tool for pulse classification that makes correction easy and effective.
- Hourly summary in table format of all quantitative results.
- Available printing of all recorded ECG signals.
