It is a very nice mattress. If your hands get sweaty, it naturally slips somewhat, but I have not found a mattress that does not do this. It is thin, which means it is very good for yoga, but for the knees, I like to put a towel for convenience. I am very satisfied because even though I have been rolling it for a long time, when I lay it out, it remains relatively straight (when you fold it, it forms a curve towards the floor, otherwise it is logical for the edges to fold upwards afterwards). It is worth its money.
