The high-fashion company FURLA was founded in 1927 in Bologna, Italy, by Aldo Furlanetto. Initially, it started as a wholesale fashion goods company and later, in 1955, opened its first retail store in Bologna, which is still operating today.
In the 1970s, the next generation of the family took over and launched the first collection of leather bags adorned with the company's logo. The bags became a hit, and FURLA continued to produce new products, expanding its name both in Italy and beyond.
In the early 1990s, FURLA began opening stores in various countries around the world, including Japan, the U.S., Spain, and others. Currently, FURLA distributes its products in 63 countries with more than 300 boutiques worldwide.
In 2012, the company opened its flagship store in Bangkok, Thailand, and began its expansion into Asia, starting product distribution in China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Since then, FURLA continues to produce and distribute fashion products and accessories of unmatched quality, always bearing the mark of Italian elegance.
