Pure Whey Iso Gold® 750gr contains 82% Protein and is a protein complex of isolated whey, milk hydrolysis PeptoProB®, and BCAA. It is almost free of carbohydrates and fats, suitable for people on a diet or for those with a very slow metabolism.
The peptides of PeptoPro® are the fastest source of amino acids for the muscles, and its rapid absorption provides quick muscle recovery. It also contains:

Instructions for Use: This product is suitable for increasing lean muscle mass and can be taken before and after training. A dose of 30g with 250-300ml of water or milk is recommended as an additional protein intake at any time of the day. For best results, take one serving of 30g (with milk) before training and one serving of 30g (with water) after training.
