The worst thing I have ever bought... it has broken down 3 times because of the thermostat. And the last time, the technician who supposedly fixed it had broken the base of the screen from the inside and I had to use insulating tape!!! And now it's broken again, probably the thermostat again!! Really laughable. Money thrown away!!!

Don't make the mistake of buying it. It's not worth even 1€. It doesn't heat the house at all. Only the appearance is nice.
I just got it and I will throw it in the trash.

Sturdy construction and capable of heating small spaces. The contraction and expansion made quite a bit of noise, which was very annoying. It was sent for service and returned with the same problem, albeit to a much better degree. It might just be that particular piece.

Because as I read, many of us have the problem with the remote control, (when you change the channels on the TV, it also changes on the stove and since I spoke with the company, but unfortunately no one could find a solution for me, what I did is that I locked the keyboard on the stove, so the problem I had stopped) Other than that, it does what it promises!!

Second week of use and it still smells, it still changes the settings by itself when I switch channels on the LG TV...

I bought it a year ago. Does the thermostat have a problem? In a room with 22 degrees Celsius at noon, the application shows 8 degrees. Someone wrote that it measures the temperature of the device, not the room, and I don't know if it's true

It satisfactorily heats a 15 sqm room even though I constantly have the windows slightly open (double glazed) for ventilation and the air is constantly refreshed. Overall, I am very satisfied with its performance and you can feel the warmth it emits. In the first few days, it had a subtle smell, not at all bothersome. If you use it for a few hours of heating with supervision and adjustment of the thermostat, everything is fine. However, if you want to maintain the temperature at relatively stable levels for a longer period of time (e.g. overnight use in a bedroom), the device is not suitable because the room temperature constantly increases (e.g. thermostat set at 15°C, after 8 hours the room temperature is at 19+°C).

I spoke with the representative and they told me that this happens by design, the thermostat measures the temperature of the device and not the room. It's logical, one might say, but with so much "smartness" it could have been made to adapt intelligently. In any case, as I mentioned before, it is not suitable for this specific use.

Unreservedly!!!!!!! The best in performance and appearance! It takes a little effort to connect it to wifi because it needs to be 2.4ghz and not 5, which most routers have, but it's not difficult to change it from the Router settings.

Heats up quite quickly. If you leave it at a certain temperature for a few hours, it satisfactorily maintains the warmth in the room.

I give it commands for when to turn on and off. I am still away from home and I use my phone which connects to the internet. It has wifi.

I still have it for three years! Still, no problem has come up

The management from the application is very good. It has everything, it is beautiful and performs perfectly in a 37sqm room with low ceiling. It is silent, doesn't smell, but I don't know about its consumption, I think it's a bit difficult to calculate it accurately, I believe it should be within reasonable limits considering its performance.

I bought it to heat up the living room, knowing that I could automate its function through Google Assistant since the Tuya Smart Life app is compatible with it.
I am very satisfied with both its functions and performance. Once it reaches the desired temperature, it reduces its output, and even though it is 2500 watts, it actually consumes less than a 1500-watt heater. Obviously, it doesn't heat up as quickly as a heater, but on the other hand, it doesn't leave the house freezing when I turn it off because it retains the temperature. In any case, the issue of heating speed is solved by turning it on remotely or setting a timer through the app.

I bought it to have it in the hallway between 2 rooms and the kitchen of a poorly insulated house. Satisfactory performance only when it is set to 3. Very positive that it didn't smell at all, not even the first time. However, something strange happens. The device shuts off when the TV remote control changes channels! It happens with both different remote controls. I haven't figured out why or how to fix it yet. Maybe I will contact the company.

It looks very nice but there is a big problem. If the device is plugged into the socket and the power button is turned on (button behind the device), instead of remaining in standby mode all the time, the device turns on by itself randomly without touching the touch buttons or the remote control. It also happens when there are no batteries in the remote control, so it is not a remote control problem. The only way to fix it is to activate the "child lock" and disable the touch buttons. Since I use the app to turn it on and off, it is a solution to make it work properly. It seems to be a touch problem with my device.
