Tight Regular Loose
Strange feeling in the sole, as if there is a gap in the middle. Also, the heel wears out in record time. Maybe it's just happening to me. I had no problems with other Clarks.
Περίεργη αίσθηση στη σόλα, σαν να υπάρχει κενό στη μέση. Επίσης, το τακούνι φθήρεται σε χρόνο ρεκόρ. Πιθανώς να συμβαίνει μόνο σε εμένα. Με άλλα Clarks δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα.
I use them for work (driver) and they are often worn for more than 10 hours. In terms of style, they are not modern but they are really very comfortable. At first they were tight for 1-2 days, then they fit just as I wanted. The leather looks high quality inside and out

Very good construction, I haven't actually used them yet (only inside and around my house). Since I have bought Clarks several times before and seeing them, I don't think I will have a problem. They seem well-made. The color is not the one in the photo, it is brownish (...). Quite light brown (coyote...?), although personally it doesn't bother me, since I mainly bought it for the summer (I hope it will hold up, as I will be wearing it at work for 10 hours/day and most of the time on the move). Also, size 42 is relatively big for my foot, as I usually wear 41.5 - which is probably not available in Greece. However, I will wear it with an extra insole, so it should be okay (this happens often).
Once I wear it for about a week, I will come back with impressions.
Update 10/5/24: Nice shoe for Spring-Summer (due to the light color). Comfortable and pleasant for regular use, but it tired me out when I used it at my demanding job - a lot of walking and going up and down stairs for 8 hours, while wearing them continuously for 10 hours. The Clarks Batcombe (which are shown in my photo) are much more comfortable for prolonged use, although they appear more "difficult" in such situations. Maybe it's because my regular size is 41.5, so the size 42 insoles don't fit properly.
Update 5/6/24: Very good shoe. I would easily buy it again. In the end, the fact that it is slightly bigger than my regular size is probably a good thing, considering the many hours I wear it daily. I didn't even use an extra insole, its own insole is very good.
Πολύ καλή κατασκευή, δεν τα έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ουσιαστικά ακόμη (μόνο μέσα και γύρω από το σπίτι μου). Επειδή έχω ξαναπάρει αρκετές φορές Clarks και βλέποντάς τα, δε νομίζω να έχω πρόβλημα. Φαίνονται καλή κατασκευή. Το χρώμα δεν είναι αυτό της φωτογραφίας, είναι καφεμπεζ (...). Αρκετά ανοιχτό καφέ (coyote...?), αν και προσωπικά δε με ενοχλεί, αφού το πήρα κυρίως για το καλοκαίρι (ελπίζω να το βγάλει, αφού θα το φοράω στη δουλειά 10h/ημέρα και τη περισσότερη ώρα σε κίνηση). Επίσης, το Νο 42 είναι σχετικά μεγάλο για το πόδι μου, αφού φοράω κανονικά 41,5 - το οποίο μάλλον δεν εισάγεται στη Ελλάδα. Θα το φοράω όμως με έξτρα πάτο, οπότε μάλλον οκ (συμβαίνει συχνά).
Μόλις το φορέσω καμμιά εβδομάδα, θα επανέλθω με εντυπώσεις.
Update 10/5/24: Όμορφο παπούτσι για Άνοιξη-Καλοκαίρι (λόγω ανοιχτού χρώματος). Άνετο και ευχάριστο για συνηθισμένη χρήση, όμως με κούρασε όταν το χρησιμοποίησα στη δουλειά μου η οποία είναι πολύ απαιτητική σε ότι αφορά τα παπούτσια - πολύ περπάτημα και ανεβοκατέβασμα ορόφων για 8 ώρες, ενώ τα φοράω συνεχόμενα για 10 ώρες. Τα Clarks Batcombe (που διακρίνονται στη φωτογραφία μου) παρότι φαίνονται πιο "δύσκολα" σε τέτοιες καταστάσεις, είναι πολύ πιο άνετα για πολύωρη χρήση. Ίσως να φταίει ότι το κανονικό μου νούμερο είναι το 41,5 , οπότε οι πάτοι του 42 δε εφαρμόζουν σωστά.
Update 5/6/24: Πολύ καλό παπούτσι. Θα το ξανάπαιρνα άνετα. Τελικά, το ότι είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερο από το κανονικό μου νούμερο μάλλον είναι καλό, με τις πολλές ώρες που το φορώ καθημερινά. Δεν έβαλα καν έξτρα πάτο, ο δικός του είναι πολύ καλός.
