Gigaset guarantees simplicity, ease of use, and reliability. I noticed this in this model as well as in the previous models I had. I did not give 5 stars because although it has a Greek menu, it does not support Greek characters when entering names in the phonebook.

Second purchase of the same category device after years of using the old one, I chose the same company again. Very good!

For professional use, it is exactly what you need, a restaurant with many orders and it rings loud and clear. Even though there is noise all around, this one is heard very loudly, for many years we were looking for a good phone with a loud sound and we found it!

Quite good, it just takes a little while to ring.
We also have another corded landline and that one rings first, and after 3 seconds the cordless one rings

Compared to the cheaper model, but still at a very good price, it offers 2 very important things: hands-free listening which works just fine, and illuminated keys which also work perfectly.

It works properly. It does not have a complete Greek alphabet and you cannot save contacts in Greek

It doesn't need special charging when you use the correct 400mAh batteries, which are included. We always buy wireless Gigaset phones because they are reliable, economical, and functional. We ordered this one believing that our old Gigaset was broken, as it would turn off when activating the speakerphone or when we "picked up" on certain numbers that called us & it would shut down. In the end, what was wrong were the batteries, which, although rechargeable, were not 400mAh. As soon as we put these batteries in the old Gigaset, it started working properly again. So we stored the new wireless phone we ordered for future use. We use Gigaset devices in four family homes without any complaints!

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied, as when the phone rings the sound is not loud, even though we have set it to the maximum volume. It is better to spend a little more money and go for another one.

For its price, very good compared to another more expensive one I had that broke down after a year. Nice menu and design. Clear speech. I haven't checked the battery yet to have an opinion.

A Panasonic fanatic (four in a row for two decades), the last purchase was pure disappointment. Very slow in navigation commands and also the battery "gave up" after just two years. We stumbled upon the Gigaset A690 about a year ago, on sale from a well-known electronics chain (in-store), at a price of €27 and we didn't think twice. We did have reservations, which disappeared when we started using it, as for the first time a landline phone was incredibly fast in commands, especially in this price range. As for the receiver and microphone, they are at least flawless. I don't know how High End landlines behave and we don't care, we just want to do our job easily and quickly. I won't mention the menu, as it has its Greek language just fine, but it is always somewhat subjective. In conclusion, in this price range, it has no competition.

I wasn't very satisfied with its use and ultimately returned to the Panasonic, which for me is ideal. Although many mention that it has a very functional menu and is easier than the Panasonic, in practice, the opposite happens. I didn't find it as user-friendly and easy as the Panasonic. A second disadvantage is that when you talk, your hand shakes from the sound; you feel it in your palm.

For 29 euros with skrouz plus, it's the best value for money! It's nice and easy! I got it for professional use and I'm satisfied!

Although it is a recent purchase, the device is simple, easy to use with strong melodies. For now, everything is fine.

Lightweight, convenient, put larger batteries in it. Modern chargers have trickle charge. As for sound quality, comfortably 4.5/5.

It works just fine. The only area where it might fall short is in charging. With a few calls a day, it needs charging every 3 days.

The phone is generally okay, the construction is cheap but you don't expect it to be perfect at this price. The speaker when you receive a call is very weak, so you need to set a different sound that is a bit louder because with its own sound you have to be right next to it to hear when you are called. That's why I deduct one star! Very light as a phone. Also, something for potential buyers, because it comes in a foreign language and until you find how to change the language it will take you 1 hour. Press on the home screen the button 4 then 2 then 1 and it will take you directly to the language change settings.

I bought it for my mother who is 83 years old and doesn't hear very well. It has been convenient for her. The sounds during calls are good. The conversation sound is good; my mother doesn't complain.
Negatives: 1) The manual comes in Spanish. Also, when you turn on the phone, its menu is in Spanish, so you have to translate from Spanish to Greek to find out how to set it to the language you want. 2) For contacts, you can't write them in Greek, only with Latin characters. If you overcome these issues, it is a decent phone with the hope that it will last over time

Nice finish, dark gray is the frame of the screen, not silver. Good feel to the buttons that require no force to press, simple menu that requires many clicks for navigation with a dedicated row on the dial, came in Italian but changed easily with a little intuition. The screen light does indeed remain on at the base but at a low intensity. Short battery life, drained in a day, while charging takes a long time. The cost of acquiring better batteries should also be considered. Call quality, sounds are okay. Mute from the known button (★). Connection to the router. Purchase 39 euros.

I've had it for 3 years and it's a dog. I wish it had Greek in the phone directory but it's okay. I easily recommend it...

Very powerful headphone that is especially convenient for larger individuals, plus the excellent integration with the Fritz Box router. My only not excellent comment has to do with the build quality. Without being bad, it "looks" a little like it is from the budget range.

Initially, if you have fiber optics, know that if you plug it in, for example, on the ground floor, the phone won't work, just as a note.
Now, regarding the sound of the ringing that someone wrote is loud (they probably have bionic ears), if you have it next to you, you hear it; otherwise, you won't hear it for all eternity.
If you want the phone for a grandpa or grandma, don't even think about getting it!!! Basically, you won't hear it either, let alone grandpa and grandma!
Language, Spanish or Italian it is.
I regret it; I would have been better off spending double the money to get something better.
In the end, I'm going back to Panasonic!!!!
