It works for beef, it cuts large bones normally, maybe just a bit slower than some other blades which are not suitable for meat. I couldn't find anywhere else another blade suitable for this use... As for the material of this blade... it should be written somewhere on the packaging...
I tested it with a magnet and it is very magnetic... So, logically, it is inox 420 or 440. So, it's ok!
Για βοδινό κάνει, κόβει μεγάλα κόκαλα κανονικά, ίσως μόνο λίγο ποιο αργά από κάποιες άλλες λάμες οι οποίες δεν είναι κατάλληλες για κρέατα. δεν βρήκα πουθενά άλλη λάμα κατάλληλη για αυτή τη χρήση ... Όσον αναφορά το υλικό αυτής τη λάμας.. θα έπρεπε να το γράφει πάνω στη συσκευασία κάπου...
Έκανα δοκιμή με μαγνήτη και μαγνητίζεται πάρα πολύ.. Επομένως λογικά είναι inox 420 ή 440. Άρα οκ!
