Capabilities

The CL-MARS-250 RED by Clever is a waterproof external alarm siren with LED Flash and a sound intensity of up to 120db. It is made of Polycarbonate, which ensures high mechanical strength and protection from UV radiation. It has easy wall mounting for both external and internal installation. Its interior is protected by a 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel cover.

    Relatively good construction. It has metal reinforcement inside the plastic. The LEDs are sufficiently powerful and the siren is very loud for its size.
    Obviously, it is not a product that you would put in the Bank of Greece, but it is good for home use.

    It also operates at a lower voltage than advertised (mine is 9V), but it will not be able to charge the battery if someone puts one in. It didn't bother me because I didn't put a battery since I have the entire low voltage system on a standalone UPS, so the power supply to the siren cannot be cut off anyway.
