Good build quality, compact, does its job. Comes with a c-to-a cable, with an adapter to c. Absolutely satisfied, does its job in times when most computers no longer have an optical drive.

For outdoor use, it's just fine, although the Blu-ray of the same brand recognizes it as Pioneer, and if you want to write CDs or DVDs on the PC, it's better to use the Blu-ray because if it has any scratches, the Blu-ray has better technology and it's as if it doesn't have any, while with the DVD you have a problem; it will cause some distortion

Very slow! The company claims speeds of 24x for CDs and 8x for DVDs, and it achieved: 3.4-4.7x for ripping from CD, 10-19x for copying from CD to a folder on the computer, and 4.3-5.3x for ripping DVDs.
It starts with a low speed on the first tracks and gradually picks up pace. It didn't make noise while ripping the CD. In the other processes, it makes the typical noise of a drive.
The disc tray feels like it will break in your hand. To place a disc, you have to hold it against the eye and simultaneously press down quite hard for the disc to snap into place. This happens because the eye that reads the discs is not fixed inside the device, but is on the moving "in-out" part.
The USB cable (included in the package) is 45 cm long. We're talking about stinginess. I bought it for €40 and it's not worth even half that. It works fine on Windows 11.

I would say it's quite good. The build quality seems good, it's quite elegant and slim on the outside. In terms of speed, I would say it's relatively good... well, you can't expect much from a DVD Rom, considering that this technology is already old. I wrote an almost full DVD in about 30 minutes, so use this information as you see fit. As for the noise, I would say it's quite noisy, like all DVD Roms. Another positive thing I found is that it only connects to one USB port on the computer to work, unlike some others that require two.
    Finally, the packaging includes:
    1) a USB cable, one end is USB type C and connects to the DVD Rom, while the other end is a classic USB type A port that can be plugged into any computer or laptop.
    2) a USB type A to USB type C adapter.
    3) a DVD which contains user instructions and Nero. However, for someone who wants simple things, the installation of Nero is not necessary, as modern Windows can record discs on their own.

Good build quality, I have copied 215 DVDs with movies to the hard drive so far and it continues without any problems... let's see how long it will last in the long run... I would like it to be a little faster... compatible with Windows 11, I sent an email to the company... they replied in 2 days.
