The barbell protective pad helps protect the shoulders and alleviate pressure on the neck while performing exercises. It features high-density foam, a length of 45cm, a diameter of 10cm, and Velcro fastening along its length for a secure fit.
See Description & SpecificationsUsers rate the cushion very highly, mainly praising its quality and comfort. They find it practical for exercises such as hip thrusts and for protecting various parts of the body. They also mention that it is a suitable size and offers good value for money. However, one user notes that it can rotate if not positioned correctly.
Good, I like it. I use it for hip thrusts. I have done 145 kilograms so far using it. Just be careful because it turns, you need to have the opening side facing upwards so that the cushion doesn't come off. It would hurt a lot without it.
It is beautiful and functional. It is worth its money
Very fair! The color of the variation is darker (I prefer it that way). The velcro is very good for closing. No complaints. Very useful for exercises with the bar on the shoulders, the pelvis, and also for chest protection.
I can't imagine why anyone would buy something that costs twice as much...
