I have had this particular product since 2017!! Within one year, the LED light burned out!! I replaced it around 2019 and yesterday (26/11/2021), after a power outage, the light burned out again!! I didn't have such a problem with previous buttons!! Personally, I would not recommend it!!
Το συγκεκριμένο το έχω από το 2017!! Μέσα σε έναν χρόνο κάηκε το led φωτάκι του!! Το αντικατέστησα το 2019 περίπου και εχτές(26/11/2021) μετά από διακοπή ρεύματος μου κάηκε ξανά το φωτάκι!! Στα προηγούμενα μπουτόν που είχα δεν είχα τέτοιο πρόβλημα!! Δεν θα το συνιστούσα προσωπικά!!
I replaced the staircase and doorbell buttons for a building with this specific series. The previous brand never had any problems and the LED lights in the indicator lights had a long lifespan (I can't even remember when was the last time an LED burned out). In this specific series, the LED in all the buttons burned out after about 1 year (in the staircase light buttons, it burned out after about 1.5 years). The electrical installation has no issues. I asked 2 electricians and learned that this happens with this specific series. The replacement LED (which is actually something like an LED) costs about 5 EURO each, it is only available by order and only from LEGRAND, who made sure it doesn't fit any other and has you... subscribed! Therefore, the switch neither serves its purpose at night when it should be visible in the staircase, nor is it worth its money with such an expensive replacement part that costs half the price of the whole product and needs to be paid for every year (not to mention the inconvenience of procurement and replacement). I removed them all and put the old ones back.
Αντικατέστησα μπουτόν σκάλας και κουδουνιού για ένα κτήριο με τη συγκεκριμένη σειρά. Η προηγούμενη μάρκα δεν είχε ποτέ πρόβλημα και τα ledακια στις φωτεινές λυχνίες είχαν διάρκεια ζωής πολλά χρόνια (ούτε θυμάμαι πότε ήταν η τελευταία σειρά που κάηκε ledaκι). Στη συγκεκριμένη σειρά κάηκε σε όλα τα μπουτον το led της φωτεινής λυχνίας μετά από περίπου 1 χρόνο (στα μπουτόν για το φως σκάλας κάηκε περίπου στον 1,5 χρόνο). Η ηλεκτρολογική εγκατάσταση δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα. Ρώτησα 2 ηλεκτρολόγους και έμαθα ότι αυτό συμβαίνει στη συγκεκριμένη σειρά. Το ανταλλακτικό ledάκι μάλιστα (που για την ακρίβεια είναι κάτι σαν led) κοστίζει περίπου 5 ΕΥΡΩ ΤΟ ΕΝΑ, είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο κατόπιν παραγγελίας και μόνο από την LEGRAND που φρόντισε να το σχεδιάσει έτσι ώστε να μην ταιριάζει άλλο και να σε έχει... συνδρομητή! ΣΥΝΕΠΩΣ ο διακόπτης ΟΥΤΕ εξυπηρετεί το σκοπό του τη νύχτα που πρέπει να φαίνεται στο κλιμακοστάσιο, ΟΥΤΕ αξίζει τα λεφτά του με τόσο ακριβό ανταλλακτικό που φτάνει στο ήμισυ της τιμής του συνολικού προϊόντος και το οποίο πρέπει να πληρώνεις κάθε 1 χρόνο (χώρια την ταλαιπωρία της προμήθειας και αντικατάστασης). Τα ξήλωσα όλα και έβαλα τα παλιά.
