As an exercise, it is more of a complementary one. The main work is done by the dumbbell and barbell. The 115 kg amila that I got as an upgrade is of the same or slightly smaller difficulty than the 90kg Live Pro, so I don't know which of the two brands has the actual weight. I think it lacks in comparison to the quality of the other brand.

Very good but definitely needs some preparation before you get it. I mean, from a simple 40-pound one, it's better to transition to a 75-pound one and if you reach it comfortably, then go for it. Its surface is not the best as it slips and also scratches easily, so it makes your hand a little rough until you get used to it
