Excellent! The scales help you adjust how quickly the water will boil or the coffee will be made. Small, convenient, discreet, it found its place in the office. On its first use, I put it on the balcony to run for 5 minutes to get rid of the smell. After that, there was no smell at all.

I got it for Greek coffee, it's very good, it has temperature settings and you can adjust it. For Greek coffee, I set it to the first setting and it brews it slowly. On the first day I used it, it had an unpleasant smell, but after a couple of coffees, the smell disappeared. Perfect!

I bought this one to replace a similar one, the Izzy tabletop burner which broke down on me once or twice and eventually passed away. Compared to the Izzy, this one heats up much faster. Easy to operate for selecting the desired temperatures through a rotary switch. It has 5 different temperature settings and an indicator for it. The diameter of the cooking zone is 10 cm and maximum power is 500W. It also has a non-slip base, an indicator light, and is easy to carry. For warming coffee, milk, or eggs, it is amazing. The only downside is the unpleasant burnt smell during the first few days, which goes away afterwards.

Well I have it for two days. The first day I turned it on and put it on 3 and heated water for a mocha pot, it didn't take long but it was quite fast. It was so strong that it smelled like it was burning. The second day I put it on 5, after 1 minute I put the water on 3,5 minutes it had heated it, I put it in the mocha pot and lowered it to 3, it took about 1.50 minutes for the coffee to start coming out. Conclusion. It is strong enough for the job I want (coffee) from tomorrow I will put it on 2 for slower extraction and because on 3 it throws drops outside the pot. I forgot to mention that on the second day it smelled much much less, almost not at all.
