Quite a "sturdy" construction, although I would have liked the "intermediate" teeth to be a bit thicker so they don't "bend" when working to remove the racket from the blade. Of course, if your pulled pork turns out right, you won't have to try too hard and strain the forks.
In terms of design, they are excellent and quite impressive on a meat table.
I would prefer it not to have the "knot" in its design (where the "teeth" start) so that cleaning would be a bit easier and meat fibers wouldn't get stuck... but I didn't have much trouble cleaning them.

Από πλευράς design είναι εξαιρετικές και αρκετά εντυπωσιακές σε ένα τραπέζι κρεατικών.
